​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Placing an order is super easy! You can click an item, put it in your cart and purchase. If you would like that item personalized you can you leave a note with your email address and we will contact you for details.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Payment is just easier then placing an order! we use pay pal for our online and long distance purchases. If you are local to the central Florida area, we can discuss other payment options if needed

 

Lil Bit of Charm uses USPS to ship all standard orders. Orders under $100.00 that need to be shipped will incur a $7.00 standard flat rate shipping fee. Orders exceeding $100.00, will be calculated based on the number and type of item(s) being shipped.

If you are local to the central Florida area we can discuss and arrange delivery or pick up.

Returns & Refunds

 

All items require approval from the customer prior to item being made. Each item is made for the buyer at the time of the purchase. With that being said no refunds or returns can be done, unless the the base product itself is defective. If you feel that this has occurred, please email us to further discuss.

Privacy Policy

 

We will not ever sell or share our customers information, order information or any other personal information they share with us.  We do however reserve the right to photograph items we have created for you and share them on social media. If you need us to wait due to it being a gift, let us know and we will kindly keep our mouth shut until you have given the gift. We love a good gift surprise too!

If you do take a picture of you r item(s) and tag us in the post on social media we will give you a $5.00 discount on your next order.
